Key Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter production jobs, production volumes by format, SLAs, and other relevant data into production order systems. Provide information on job status, estimates, changes, and shipping confirmations. Monitor Monday.com boards and/or PRO Conductor to track job progress, update statuses, ensure SLAs are met, and management has access to accurate job information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA Analysts, Production Support Analysts and other production staff to set priorities, obtain updates and ensure workflow continuity. Generate and update Acknowledgement, Shipment, and Error Reports; ensure proper syntax and delivery for both manual and automated production jobs; maintain current job status updates within Monday.com and/or PRO Conductor. Manage the DAS-Production email inbox, respond to client inquiries, and redirect messages as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Understand printing processes, file types, and technical specifications to answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems. Work with the Assistant Director DAS of Operations, DAS Operations Manager and the Accessibility Compliance Support Manager to address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to print quality, delivery, or other concerns. Maintain daily billing logs, verify acuracy, and verify that billing details align with corresponding client reports.Validate data accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing source documents. Escalate discrepancies to the DAS Operations Manager and DAS Production Support Analyst. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues.
PRODUCTION
Assist with daily production and quality control activities to ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal quality standards. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain a thorough understanding of Crawford Technologies' security policies and procedures. Develop familiarity with basic Braille characters to support quality assurance during Braille media production. Provide assistance with the DAS order management process as required. Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and related functions for Crawford products.
Skills, Experience and Education
SKILLS
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction. Fully capable of using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word Familiarity with Monday.com an asset Attention to Detail, accurate data entry and billing verification require a keen eye for detail. Maintaining organized records and filing systems is crucial for managing production order details and accurate billing information. Assisting with phone calls and responding to inquiries requires good communication skills. Excellent time management and relationship management skills: Coordinating and managing orders with multiple teams requires strong interpersonal and time management skills.
EXPERIENCE
Work experience in an area requiring high attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Office products. Previous customer management. Previous experience with document accessibility and alternate formats is a plus.
EDUCATION
College degree or equivalent work experience is required.
