The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role reports to the Director of Sales - Workforce and works in tandem with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) team. The primary responsibilities are to focus on demand generation and pipeline development in support of the RSM team for HID SAFE. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and supporting the RSM team in advancing HID Global's market position.

As our Sales Development Representative, you'll support HID's successby:

• Driving demand generation activities to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Supporting RSM team in meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Developing and executing outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
• Collaborating with RSM team to develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan.
• Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Working closely with pre-sales & post-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

YourExperienceand Background include:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or enterprise software industry.
• Exposure to CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations.
• Self-motivated with superb organizational skills.
