The Paralegal will focus primarily on first level legal support under the supervision of Senior Legal Counsel. Specifically, the Paralegal will manage Red Bull's legal intake process, maintain Red Bull's contract templates and client-facing legal resources, ensure compliance with Red Bull's contracting procedures, and provide actionable guidance to the business. Additionally, the Paralegal will perform contract management, which will include reviewing, drafting, and advising client teams on routine commercial agreements for all areas of the business. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred. Experience as a contract administrator, paralegal, legal administrative assistant, or similar in corporate or transactional law with direct client interfacing. Experience with contract management, including preparation, drafting, and review, requiring strong analytical skills. Ability to update and maintain databases to track matter management, deadlines, correspondence, agreements, and other legal records. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent judgment and the ability to solve problems pragmatically. Solution-oriented. Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
