Software Sales Executive - Rail & Logistics

Role Description & Responsibilities

Our DELMIA Sales team is looking for a Sales Executive. The location for this position is flexible. This is a remote position that will include travel.

As a Sales Representative you will successfully identify and close new business opportunities to increase 3DS footprint in the Rail and Logistics industry, specifically, within Operations workforce logistics. This role will deliver on the revenue plan by selling 3DS value and strategic vision and generating customer commitment to long-term business transformation.

• Create market awareness for 3DS by aligning with influential, targeted, industry events
• Establish relationships at key executive levels to gain insight, influence, and affect deals
• Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
• Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives using all internal and external resources
• Create, maintain, and communicate functional account plans targeting customer value and associated revenue opportunities
• Provide an accurate forecasting for rolling quarters and year-end
• Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with internal framework to achieve revenue plan
• Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business
• Identify best practices based on Lessons Learned (including RCA, Analytics, Loss reviews)
• Generate growth in priority areas according to Sales Initiatives defined by Brands / Industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Extensive knowledge/experience of Rail operations, specifically around the logistical challenges faced in workforce man
• 5+ years' of successful enterprise software solution sales experience
• Exposure to manufacturing software (ERP, PLM, MES) a plus, but not required
• Effective Relationship Building Skills
• Effective Negotiation Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage complex ecosystems
• Ability to work independently and as a team player

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between 190,000 and 230,000, representing the base salary and target bonus.
