Seeking a dedicated Registration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate patient flow from point of entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. This role involves checking in and checking out patients, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and maintaining a customer-focused approach during phone conversations. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to destination. * Perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Schedule and reschedule new and existing patient appointments. * Interview patients or their representatives to confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information. * Perform insurance eligibility verification for specific services. * Maintain customer focus during phone conversations. * Greet patients and business partners with professionalism and courteousness. * Ensure complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner. Qualifications: * 2+ years of customer service experience. * Adaptable to working in different registration departments as needed. Work Environment: * Shift: 8am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
