We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our team in Merrill, WI (hybrid)!
*Responsibilities:* * *Requirements Gathering & Analysis:* Act as a liaison between business users, owners, and the technical team to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. * *Mockups & Wireframes:* Collaborate with marketing partners to create mockups and wireframes using Figma, illustrating how software should be developed. * *User Training & Documentation:* Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. * *Continuous Improvement:* Identify opportunities for process improvements and application enhancements to optimize the customer experience. *Qualifications:* * Understanding of SQL databases at a high level. * Experience in requirements gathering/documenting, collaboration, and teamwork. * Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications and vice versa. * Agile mindset, backlog management, and scrum master experience. * Experience with mockups, mentoring, and coaching abilities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
