*Job Description*
* Provide all customers with excellent customer service at each touchpoint to include phone calls, emails and on-line tickets. * Answer customer calls and assist customers with orders, questions, and warranty claims. Educate customers on products and company policies as needed. * Build and maintain customer relationships. * Support Outside Sales Reps with all order entry and all inquiry requests. * Perform customer order entry. * Monitor customer credit risk. If a customer is high risk, notify the credit department before entering a new order. * Evaluate and process all manufacturer defect and six month outsole warranty claims. * Inform manager of any escalating customer complaints, as well as new and/or unusual product defects. * Collaborate with other sales support representatives to ensure the efficiency of the department. * Authorize credit card payments for appropriate customers. * Support day-to-day operation needs in Microsoft Windows environment to include PC's/laptops, printers, VOIP and company cell phones. * Partner with global IT to troubleshoot network and application issues. * Manage users and accounts; assign/disable network access. *Qualifications* * Over 1 Year Of Customer Support Experience * 1 Year of Help Desk Experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
