IS Technical Print Specialist

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Print Management/Operation: Expertise in managing and optimizing Managed Print Services solutions, such as LRS VPSX Enterprise, for streamlined printer management, document workflows, and scanning processes.
*Customer Engagement: Engages customers with strong communication skills to customize Managed Print Service offerings to their needs.
*Stakeholder Communication: Crafts and disseminates clear and compelling messages through various channels, to keep stakeholders informed about service updates and enhancements
*Technology and Innovation: Drives service improvements with new technologies like cloud printing, and Managed Print Services for managed print services growth and adaptability.
*Sustainability: Monitors and reports on sustainability metrics, showcasing the Managed Print Service's alignment with organizational environmental goals. Engages in sustainability projects, to promote eco-friendly printing practices
*Promotion: Develops and executes communication campaigns using platforms like MS Viva to promote Managed Print Services, highlighting benefits and features to customers and consumers
*Market Awareness: Stays abreast of market trends and technological advancements in print management solutions to ensure the service remains competitive and meets customer expectations

• Minimum of 3 years' prior experience of relevant experience in business analysis or in managing operations in a challenging multinational managed print services environment.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science
• Proficiency in Print Management solutions, particularly LRS VPSX.
• Experience with Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of Service and Operation Management.
• Proficient experience in utilizing Managed Print Service tools such as LRS-VPSX Enterprise, fleet management, volume reporting, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and reporting platforms (Excel, Power-BI, etc.).
