Develop key metrics for data reporting and analysis. Design and implement controls that ensure data accuracy and completeness in reporting and analysis. Utilize tools and applications related to data analysis. Apply in-depth knowledge of data analysis and reporting leading practices to the execution of broad-scope initiatives intended to achieve strategic goals, objectives, and priorities related to personal independence data management, including data analytics and reporting. Apply understanding of firm's personal independence policies and related compliance risks and goals. Provide active coaching, mentoring, technical feedback, and knowledge-sharing with junior staff to advance their career development. Help plan for short-term needs and resource deployment. Lead multiple key projects, processes, programs, and inquiries that require advanced technical knowledge and research skills related to data analysis. Make independent decisions on high risk and complex matters involving data analytics for the Independence Group. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to suggestions for process and program enhancements that create increased decision-making utility of data analysis, enhanced quality and effectiveness of data reporting, and process efficiencies. Regularly interface with partners/managing directors of the Independence Group and functional leadership regarding execution of responsibilities. Significantly contribute to the achievement of Independence Group objectives and priorities by participating in the development of and executing tactical plans that improve client service and create incremental client value, cost savings, and process re-engineering.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Data analysis and reporting; Data modeling and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy; Utilizing databases, including Azure SQL Database, MSSQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or Snowflake; Using Alteryx, Informatica, Talend, Tableau Prep, or Microsoft SSIS for data analytics; Applying data analysis practices, processes, and tools; Programming with Python or R; and Supporting risk management initiatives.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with Supporting independence programs in public accounting or consulting firm.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. required up to 5%.
