Overview

Mannington Commercial is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital tactics that align with our overarching brand and marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketer with a passion for performance, storytelling, and customer experience. You'll be responsible for crafting and distributing meaningful, inspirational, confident, and engaging (M.I.C.E.) content across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities




  • Content and Campaign Development:

    Work in conjunction with the Communications Marketing Manager to align with brand strategy and marketing objectives, planning and executing campaigns across digital landscape. Ensure content strategies support all marketing touchpoints including but not limited to product launches, performance, national/local events, sustainability, blog/design stories, and style/trend narratives, etc.





  • Digital Execution:

    Lead and manage all digital marketing activities including day-to-day management of all digital platforms, orchestrating how all digital tools work together, setting up workflows, and supporting content distribution.





  • Email Marketing:

    Manage and deploy all email marketing activities in conjunction with Communications Marketing Manager, including lead generation/nurturing, customer retention and loyalty, promotional campaigns and brand awareness, leading to measurable engagement and results.





  • Channel Management:

    Customize and publish content across digital platforms including the website, blog, email, (and social media when appropriate).





  • Behavior-Based Marketing:

    Implement personalized experiences based on user behavior-such as sample ordering, trade show attendance, and website engagement-using targeted email and curated content strategies to increase market and audience engagement.





  • Campaign Optimization:

    Conduct A/B testing on messaging, topics, and frequency to continually improve content performance and user engagement.





  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

    Track KPIs and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Optimizely. Report regularly on key metrics including web traffic, lead generation and quality, bounce and conversion rates, etc. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.





  • UX Optimization:

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to refine website content and improve the user experience based on data insights.





  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:

    Host bi-weekly or monthly meetings to align marketing topics, content calendars, and campaign planning across departments.




Qualifications




  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B or commercial design industries.





  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, social platforms, email marketing software, SEO tools).





  • Strong grasp of SEO, A/B testing, UX principles, personalization tactics, and content strategy.





  • Demonstrated ability to develop content that inspires, informs, and engages targeted audiences.





  • Data-driven decision maker with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.





  • Flooring or commercial interiors industry experience is a plus but not required.
