Job Responsibilities: As AMS Salesforce Strategy Support and Data Integrity Manager, this individual will play a strategic leadership role in optimizing the Salesforce platform and Fonteva AMS to enhance operational efficiency across the Tripartite. Bringing deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support, they will lead initiatives and work closely with the Director of Tripartite Services and AMS Support managers to streamline system processes, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and Fonteva AMS, the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, and leadership in guiding best practices and system enhancements. Acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, this individual will ensure seamless integration, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of AMS and Salesforce functionalities. Their ability to mentor team members, communicate complex technical concepts effectively, and implement innovative solutions will be critical to the success of the organization's CRM strategy.
