Job Responsibilities:

As AMS Salesforce Strategy Support and Data Integrity Manager, this individual will play a strategic leadership role in optimizing the Salesforce platform and Fonteva AMS to enhance operational efficiency across the Tripartite. Bringing deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support, they will lead initiatives and work closely with the Director of Tripartite Services and AMS Support managers to streamline system processes, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption.

This role requires strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and Fonteva AMS, the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, and leadership in guiding best practices and system enhancements. Acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, this individual will ensure seamless integration, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of AMS and Salesforce functionalities. Their ability to mentor team members, communicate complex technical concepts effectively, and implement innovative solutions will be critical to the success of the organization's CRM strategy.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years experience, or 9 in lieu of degree, in/with:

    • supporting users in a CRM environment including three years in Salesforce
    • conducting training sessions and coaching end users
    • a customer facing role including some experience supporting users in a CRM environment
    • At least three years in the Salesforce environment
    • conducting training sessions and coaching end users


  • Understanding of technical concepts, tools, and applications within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Understanding of Financial Accounting and financial processes and data structures
  • Skills in the following:


    • Verbal Communication; Writing; Analytical; Facilitation; Collaboration; Presentation; Influential; Self-starter; Results-focused; Prioritization; Excellent customer service & Salesforce technical skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent Organizational skills




  • Proficiency in report creation, dashboards and view creation tools
  • Knowledge of data loader, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerBI, Salesforce ecosystem
  • Travel 3+ nights a year to conferences at ADA headquarters and State and Local societies
  • Position may require more than the standard number of hours of work within a workweek, may require before or after hours work, may require weekend work

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Other Salesforce certifications
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel formulas
  • Experience in AMS environment such as Fonteva
