How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Director will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's ERP systems, specifically Workday. This role serves as the primary liaison between IT and the organization's Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and other operational areas, leveraging the ERP portfolio to drive digital transformation and innovation.
- Program Management: Provide leadership and oversight for the ERP systems, including Human Capital Management, Financial, and Supply Chain systems. Ensure maximum return on investment by evaluating, prioritizing, and coordinating requests from user groups.
- Strategic Planning: Assist with strategic planning and road mapping of ERP projects and updates to facilitate implementation and optimization.
- System Performance: Design policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Business Process Integration: Evaluate the impact of ERP applications on existing business processes and assist user groups in implementation and adoption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with peers and executive stakeholders to ensure the technology enables a quality user experience and key organizational strategies and outcomes.
- Budget Management: Plan, coordinate, and provide oversight to the creation of departmental, entity, and consolidated annual budgets. Oversee the development and maintenance of a cost accounting system.
- Employee Management: Manage the daily work of the ERP Administrators. Set group goals based on the direction of ERP Program Leadership. Work with the HR Manager to assess performance and provide feedback.
What We Require:
Education: Bachelor's degree Required. Fours year of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of job-related experience, including 5+ years of managerial experience. 5 years leadership experience with Workday ERP System.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Certification as PMP Preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Deep knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Workday, and solid understanding of business processes and program management. Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of business practices, positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work with minimal direction, confident, ability to lead and adapt to change.
