We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a company in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for delivering financial snapshots and analysis, driving performance, and supporting decision-making for field operations.

This is a hybrid role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with regional leadership to provide financial guidance and performance analytics.
  • Develop and manage field budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
  • Analyze trends, customer performance, pricing strategies, and profitability to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with field leadership, providing insights into financial performance and key metrics (volume, revenue, margin, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to evaluate strategy.
  • Track and report sales KPIs and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations and Finance to support strategic initiatives, field alignment, and product mix using analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Ensure financial controls and compliance across sales spending and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a focus on revenue operations
  • Strong business partnering experience, preferably in a field-facing role.
  • Advanced Excel, financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial systems are required (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Retail or CPG industry
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
