As a Security Officer - Unarmed Rounds in Santa Clara, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

Our Security Officers are tasked with monitoring designated areas within the commercial real estate location, maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine checks and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Providing exceptional customer service and communication is key, reflecting our values of agility, reliability, and innovation. This unarmed position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. Pay Rate: $24.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• California Security Professional Guard Card required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
