About the Role: We are looking for a Innovation and Business Development Intrapreneur to join our Gore Incubator team. In this role, the Innovation and Business Development Intrapreneur will champion the development of new materials, technology and ideas through the seed/early stage and pilot scale manufacturing to enable new ventures, products, and businesses that fold into our operating companies or into Gore Ventures. Success in the commitment will require leveraging lean innovation processes, cultivating a strong understanding of Gore's new materials technologies and its key properties/capabilities, developing relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, and integrating both internal and external resources. This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, or any of our facilities in Flagstaff, Arizona. Pay and Benefits:
