POSITION SUMMARY: The Shopper Marketing Manager will lead the Shopper Marketing strategy, development and execution of Omnichannel shopper activation plans for the retail channel (or select customers). This role will partner with the Sales Team in developing and executing plans that influence shopper behavior along the path to purchase, while driving shopper loyalty and profitable growth for our brands. The Shopper Marketing Manager will work across brands and customers to align on priorities, develop shopper marketing plans, implement creative, and execute tactical elements against allocated budgets. The role will report to the Director of Shopper Engagement. The candidate must demonstrate strong creative and analytical skills, the ability to influence others, strong interpersonal communications skills, and a passion for leveraging shopper insights to deliver desirable results. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. Theapproximate payrange for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
