The Space Dynamics Laboratory is looking for a sophomore or junior USU student majoring in accounting to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The successful applicant will assist with accounts payable, data entry, general ledger account reconciliation, and preparation of various accounting schedules using Microsoft Excel. This role is part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer if school schedule allows.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a current USU student majoring in accounting
- Must be a sophomore or junior
- Must be able to support SDL student work schedule (15-20 hours per week during the school year during business hours and 20-40 hours per week during the summer)
- Self-motivated and able to follow directions
- Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person
