*Description*
- experience with direct and concise communication and presentation skills working with clients that have been acquired and internal stakeholders -Supports M&A from a cross functional perspective including: Business IT, Digital MGU, Operational, Claims/ Actuarial, Architecture, Data & Analytics -Ability to start between 7-8 CST to assist acquiring companies across the US and internationally -Managing 1-2 projects (integrating acquisitions) with 6-7 work streams (Business IT, Digital MGU, Operational, Claims/ Actuarial, Architecture, Data & Analytics) -Be able to manage dependencies on IT, DGMU, and cross functional functions and be able to pick up on how technology integrates with actuarial and claims, how things flow into the Digital MGU -Oversee the integration of business and technology and help with future state as it transfers into the business -Supports the first year of integration activities, then after 12 months it is passed to other teams -Needs to have insurance to understand terminology and how business and IT works together -Policy Administration System understanding and ERP system or corporate systems -Year-long contract, 1 would need to work flexible UK hours as busier mornings - Utilize M&A Playbook as a starting point and be able to pivot when needed as changes or adhoc items come up - Able to work overtime if needed (typical week would be between 40-50 hours) - Able to travel on a monthly basis if needed to do onsite assessments of the companies they are acquiring (a few days each time) - If local to Chicago Ideally looking for someone to come in 1-2 days a week. *Skills* Project management, insurance, mergers and acquisitions *Top Skills Details* Project management,insurance,mergers and acquisitions *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Self accountable and ability to work in a fast paced environment *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
