Our Company Opportunity: Adobe's Digital Media ASO team is responsible for driving global mobile adoption for our creative offerings across the Generative AI, Photo & Imaging, Video, and Design categories. We are looking for a detail-obsessed, analytical and communications-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to join us in leading the ASO strategy & operations for our leading Adobe mobile applications. This role will manage our App Store Optimization agency partner(s) and work closely with our Product Marketing and Product Management teams to deliver a high-velocity (~80 experiments/qtr) international roadmap, goaled against impressions, downloads, app installs, and conversion rate for one or more mobile apps. These apps are 0-1 and growth-stage inside of an enterprise ecosystem focused on long-term market leadership. * Create clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to leadership to gain support. * Drive and continuously improve process and communications efficiency for the operational needs of App Store Optimization programs (e.g. In-App Events and Promotional Content) * Own monthly asset review and release process for worldwide App Store Optimization experimentation roadmaps into the Apple App Store and Google Play Store * Support team on developing experiments and internal communications materials such as playbooks, case studies, and performance overviews of ASO outputs through visually savvy Powerpoint decks, Wiki pages, and ad hoc program materials * Maintain program budget and proactively support team with managing quarterly spend * Manage cross-functional team deadlines and follow-ups to ensure timely releases * Has a BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or related field. * Has 5+ years experience in digital marketing, mobile marketing, ASO, growth, or mobile product management within a B2C company * Has a deep understanding of both paid and organic mobile marketing metrics - impressions, downloads, installs, conversion rates, CPM, CPI, CPA (or CPE), and retention * Is familiar with App Store developer console data reporting and capabilities, as well as other mobile reporting systems like Sensor Tower, AppTweak, Branch, etc. * Has exceptional synthesis and communication skills; succinctly distills sophisticated concepts in verbal, written, and visual form * Is highly analytical and grounds decisions in data, backed by customer insights * Is obsessed with creating and upholding standards in process efficiency; extremely high attention to detail with follow-through * Proven success in fast-paced, complex, dynamic, and highly cross-functional environments * Is enthusiastic, innovative, and driven to ensure our team's success! Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
