Starting Salary Range: $147,000 - $157,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Join MISO as a Senior ServiceNow Developer and help shape the future of our service management platform. At MISO, we're on a mission to optimize and elevate our service management capabilities. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a key role in leading technical development efforts within the platform team. You'll assign development tasks, perform quality reviews of development work, and ensure technical deliverables meet compliance, security, design, and development standards. In this role, you'll also support and mentor other developers, contribute to complex projects, and foster a culture of continuous growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration. At least five (5) years of ServiceNow development experience, strong Agile experience, and the ability to execute technical solutions within a structured governance framework. (required)
