Our client, a global leader in custom-engineered thermal equipment, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our high-performing manufacturing team in Western New York.

In this role, you'll be directly involved in assembling and integrating our custom-engineered high-temperature processing systems, used globally in advanced materials production. From fabrication and welding to mechanical, electrical, and process piping work, you'll play a vital role in the build, test, and installation of our world-class equipment.

What You'll Do:
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, models, and technical instructions
Assemble, align, and install mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies
Fabricate and weld to AWS/ASME B31.3 standards
Perform pipe-fitting, refractory lining, and insulation installation
Help prepare finished systems for shipment and field deployment
Operate forklifts, cranes, and rigging tools to handle heavy components

Pay Range: $21 - $32/hr (Based on experience and education)
Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Manufacturing Department

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2+ years of experience in welding, mechanical assembly, or industrial fabrication
At least two years experience working from mechanical drawings and technical specs
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Skilled trades background (welder, millwright, electro-mechanical assembly preferred)
Certified or certifiable in AWS and ASME B31.3 standards
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
Requires standing, walking, bending, crawling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hearing protection.
