Performance Test Lead Location: Medley, FL Required Qualifications: * 10 to 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering * Expertise in NeoLoad * Telecom background is a plus. * Oversee testing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in projects. * Performance Analysis, troubleshooting and monitoring. Roles/Responsibilities: * Lead the testing team in planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery * Oversee the development and maintenance of test scripts using NeoLoad to ensure performance and load testing are effectively conducted * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment * Coordinate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and deliverables * Ensure all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and milestones * Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks * Develop and implement testing strategies that align with industry best practices and company standards * Conduct regular reviews of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and adherence to requirements * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve testing processes * Utilize domain knowledge in Telecom to enhance testing accuracy and relevance * Ensure all test environments are properly configured and maintained * Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues * Should have experience in leading and mentoring a team of testers * Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software, must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues * Should approach continuous improvement to improve testing processes * Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off * 401(k) plan and contributions * Long-term/Short-term Disability * Paid Parental Leave * Employee Stock Purchase Plan Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
