The Analyst works collaboratively with other members of the global HRIS team and wider HR team to support, maintain, and enhance Tempur Sealy's HR systems with a primary focus on implementing Workday. S/he provides primary support for day to day operations of the HRIS and its data. This position will support data requests for reporting from the HRIS and other workforce intelligence and analytics tools, as well as have responsibility for analyzing and providing insights on all related activities. This position is accountable for working with the HR leadership team, business stakeholders, and other members of the global HRIS team to execute the HR technology roadmap by collecting, interpreting, configuring, testing, and launching company processes into the HRIS.




  • Partner with HR leadership, HRIS manager, global HRIS team, information technology and accounting to support the delivery and utilization of the company's HRIS resources including system and business requirements, the design and implementation of HRIS solutions, integration management, and recommendation of HRIS best practices.
  • Support gathering, maintenance, and analysis of HR data and metrics to provide relevant information and analytics to HR and stakeholders in support of business processes and compliance activities
  • Complete day-to-day activities such as audits, data corrections, ticket tracking, and reporting to support the HR, payroll and other interrelated functions. Maintain positive relationships with HRIS constituents, including management and the HRIS customer base.
  • Work within the defined operating model to troubleshoot and implement solutions for break-fixes or system enhancements
  • Operate with a proactive approach to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities within user groups.
  • Surface priorities and enhancement requirements with the HR Leadership team
  • Practice confidentiality in the distribution, communication, and handling of employee data as it relates to global regulation and compliance.



    • At least 3 years of experience working as an HRIS administrator required
    • Experience with Workday highly preferred
    • Experience working in a global organization preferred
    • Experience working within an HR team, with 3rd party vendors and end users at all of levels of an organization
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
