HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $19.68 / $22.50

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our welcoming team. This position includes working 2-night audit (graveyard) shifts and 2-3 front desk evening shifts per week. What You'll Do:



  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional service from the moment they make a reservation to the time they check out.


  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns with care and urgency-helping to make every stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
  • Promote and sell guest rooms, dining experiences, and seasonal hotel offers, helping guests make the most of their visit.
  • Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions, balancing reports, and preparing financial summaries for management.
  • Monitor and work with hotel security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours.
  • Set up the next day's operations by preparing reports, updating systems, and assisting with early check-ins or wake-up calls as needed


What We're Looking For:



  • Open availability for 2 night audit (graveyard) shifts and 2-3 front desk evening shifts per week, including weekends (Monday-Sunday)
    * High school diploma or equivalent
    * 1-2 years of hotel front desk, guest service, and night audit experience preferred
    * 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
    * 1-2 years of customer service experience required
    * Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    * Strong communication skills
    * Experience working in a team-oriented environment
    * Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification
    * Relevant military experience is a plus
