Under the general supervision of the Field Operations Manager, the Special Events Parking Events Coordinator Lead plays a pivotal role in planning seamless large events for faculty, staff on campus. This position requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The Special Events Parking Events Coordinator will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of special events, providing exceptional and memorable experiences for our clients and guests. The coordinator is expected to be able to portray the client's event vision to the Field Service team by creating accurate, timely and complete event orders . The special events program is run in an efficient and financially responsible manner to ensure that sales goals are met. This requires timely billing, guest counts and confirmed signed contracts, and final payment. Coordination of advertisement sales in parking structures and placement of ads. Other requirements include performing administrative tasks relating to sales, problem solving with customers, handling heavy telephone volume, dispatching, providing work direction to student staff, and functioning independently in the absence of the incumbent's supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $40,700 - $85,295 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $19.49 - $40.85 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
