Full time M-F 8am-5pm Onsite in Pasadena, CA Pay: $23/HR *Description* - Complete release of information requests, including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record and transmitting daily. - Date stamp all requests and highlight data to expedite processing. - Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information in accordance with procedures. - Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers - Ensure that files are properly stored and maintained *Top Skills Details* Emr,Electronic medical record,Roi *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - 2-5 years of ROI experience - ROI Navigator Module in EPIC - Strong customer service skills - Must maintain a high level of confidentiality / HIPPA *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
