Regional IT Systems Analyst

Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to understand data needs and advocate for technical solutions; gather data from various sources including Industrial Engineering, Finance, HR, and others in order to clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency; establish appropriate end-user database access control levels; pull and report data from numerous databases using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems; design, develop, and establish metrics to provide strategic insights; analyze data trends to identify patterns and anomalies, and provide insights into potential issues and risks; use models to predict and identify potential system bottlenecks; develop and maintain BI solutions including dashboards and reports for executives, customers, and internal stakeholders to utilize when making decisions regarding business operations; visualize data and communicate findings effectively; utilize and apply knowledge of data management systems, SQL Server, relational databases, query languages, T-SQL, ETL tools, Python, C++, C#, TypeScript, software frameworks, Angular, .NET, Scrum methodologies, Agile frameworks, Linux, project management platforms, Jira, Confluence, and software application testing/debugging/issue resolving to perform assigned duties; apply knowledge of full software development life cycle support including designing, researching to implementation, code review, testing, UAT testing, production, andmaintenance to complete assigned tasks; continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements, and apply the learnings to improve software products; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Jira and Confluence configuration supports business processes; and communicate complex insights to executives, managers, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Salary: $90,000 per year

Education: Bachelors - Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Software Engineer, as a Graduate Assistant, or in a related occupation;
