SVP Organization Design and Change Management- LHH Talent Advisory

As the SVP Organization Design and Change at LHH Talent Advisory, you will build and grow a high-impact organization development practice, offering clients bespoke solutions to optimize their workforce structures, drive change, and enhance organizational performance. This client-facing role requires a seasoned expert who can design strategies, engage C-suite stakeholders, and grow revenue through innovative consulting solutions. Reporting directly to the President of Talent Advisory, you will drive transformational change for our clients and establish LHH as a leader in organizational development.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Practice Leadership: Build and scale an OD practice, including defining service lines, developing methodologies, and driving operational excellence.
  • Client Solutions: Diagnose complex organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions, including change management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • C-suit Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, facilitating workshops, presenting insights, and influencing decision-making.
  • Change Management: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, create proposals, and secure new business.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of OD practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent LHH as a recognized expert in OD through publications, speaking engagements, and client events.

All About You

  • Consulting Background: Extensive experience in organizational development roles at top-tier consulting firms, with a track record of leading client engagements and driving business results.
  • Practice Building: Demonstrated ability to build and grow consulting practices, including team development, revenue growth, and service innovation.
  • Executive Presence: Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite leaders.
  • Change Management Expertise: Deep knowledge of change management frameworks and tools, with hands-on experience delivering complex transformations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data to diagnose challenges and measure the impact of interventions.
  • Master's or PhD degree in organizational psychology, HR, or business preferred.

  • Compensation: $200,000-$240,000 plus bonus.

Placement within this range is determined based on geography, experience and other compensatory factors.
