Part Time Product Display Specialist

You'll play a hands-on role in how our products are displayed, executing planograms, resetting store layouts, and ensuring our snacks are always front and center. Key Responsibilities

  Execute in-store product resets across Grocery, Convenience, Dollar, and Club/Mass retail channels.

  Follow and implement company-approved Plan-O-Grams/MODs to ensure accurate and eye-catching displays.

  
  
• 
  

  Work flexible part-time hours during the day, with occasional early mornings or late evenings based on store needs.

  
  
• 
  

  Stay up to date on Utz product offerings and display standards.

  
  
• 
  

  Act as a frontline representative, addressing store staff questions and escalating issues when necessary.

  
  
• 
  

  Use smartphone or computer technology to upload data and complete daily reporting accurately.

  
  
• 
  

  Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

  
  

Job Requirements

• 
  

  Must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or merchandising role.

  
  
• 
  

  Prior exposure to Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and snack food merchandising preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Able to work day-shift hours with flexibility Monday through Thursday.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software (Excel, Word, etc.).

  
  
• 
  

  Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and minimum state-required insurance coverage..
