DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will play a crucial part in fraud prevention by performing site audits, analyzing various documents, examining financial records, and compiling reports based on your observations. Your responsibilities will include executing administrative audits and site evaluations for agent and messenger services, which encompass online messengers and participants in the online registration program. You will ensure adherence to established processes and procedures in accordance with the vehicle code, departmental regulations, and relevant contracts. You will be responsible for a coverage area that includes: Schuylkill, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, and Monroe counties.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- This position is eligible for an alternate work schedule (AWS)
- This position may require travel.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Allentown.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a valid class C driver's license.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
