Marketing Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $26.00 to $28.50 depending on experience

Summary:

Provide daily support in one or more of the following areas: marketing programs, communications/collateral, advertising, events and PR.

Responsibilities:



  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing projects related to:

    • Product Marketing
    • Marketing Communication
    • Advertising
    • Promotion
    • Marketing Collateral


  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Track, assess and distribute sales collateral (internal sales contest emails, charts, record-breaking months).
  • Maintain files, logs records of events and activities,
  • Maintain purchase orders and other marketing project specific documentation.
  • Track all marketing expenses according to Toshiba policy.
  • Update marketing proposals and materials as requests.
  • Assist in the preparation CSR packages, track activities and report accordingly.
  • Track marketing expenses by marketplace.
  • Update content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Support in the production of the monthly employee newsletter. Generate department reports and track programs data as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience providing support in a combination of:

    • Marketing Communication
    • Public Relations
    • Advertisement
    • Events
    • Report Generation, or


  • Bachelor's Degree (Business/Marketing majors) and a minumum of 1 year of experience rividing support in a combination of the following areas:

    • Marketing Communication
    • Public Relations
    • Advertisement
    • Events
    • Report Generation


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite for internal newsletter, sales flyers, postcards and print ads.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good organizational skills


    What You'll Do



    • Support the planning and implementation of marketing projects related to product marketing, marketing communication, advertising, promotion or marketing collateral.

    • Maintain department files, logs, records of events and activities.

    • Track all marketing expenses according to Toshiba Policies and standards.
    • Update marketing proposal and materials as requested.
    • Assist in the preparation of CSR packages, track activities and report accordingly.
    • Track marketing expenses by marketplace.
    • Update content for social media (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram).
    • Support in the production of the monthly employee newsletter.
    • Generate department reports and track programs data as required.
    • Generate miscellaneous department reports as requested
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
