Salesforce Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of project teams ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and technical implementation.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the development of new solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
• Should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Nice to have experience in Asset and Wealth Management.
• Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Should have experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Should have a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plus.
