What You'll Do:

• Act as the client's main point of contact, gathering critical details and keeping communication tight.
• Manage project timelines with a steady hand, from estimates and scheduling to production and delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects, syncing internal teams and external installers to hit deadlines.
• Collect and organize project specs, collaborating with account execs and clients for seamless execution.
• Handle order entry, invoicing, and updates with accuracy and follow-through.

Who You Are:

• A process-driven pro with customer-service experience in printing, signage, or related fields.
• Ideally, you've tackled print production or traffic management in a busy setting.
• Solid with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a master at capturing and sharing details.
• Cool-headed, proactive, and ready to juggle tasks with a positive vibe.
• Eager to connect with clients and keep projects on track.

• Location: Seattle, WA
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: $24 to $28 per hour depending on experience
• Experience: 1 to 3 years minimum in a print related role
