Summary:

The Director - Operations - MH Urgent Care role is responsible for directing, integrating and coordinating the Urgent Care service line with the primary goals of high-quality patient care, efficiency, and programmatic growth. The Director is also responsible for managing day-the day-to-day operations of the Urgent Care network.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field is required. Master's Degree Preferred
  2. License/Certifications: Valid driver's license required
  3. Experience: Five years of leadership experience in Urgent Care operations, Walk In / On Demand Care, or Ambulatory Health Care setting preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
