Scheduled Weekly Hours:

30 Are you ready for an incredible adventure working in an award winning culture? Join the Gundersen Sleep Lab team as a Respiratory Therapist and be part of a well respected, essential part of the health care team while making a great wage! What you will work:
  • 0.9 FTE, 36-hrs a week
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • La Crosse Main Campus
What you will do:
  • Working with autonomy while collaborating across departments to better the health of your patients
  • Educate patients on the usage of PAP therapies for Obstructive/Central Sleep Apnea as directed by clinicians
  • Collaborate with clinicians to problem solve and analyze patient breathing and PAP issues to determine treatment

  • Starting hourly rate of $27 + more for experience!
What you need:
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin and
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Prior work experience with CPAP is preferred
  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Experience working in EPIC is preferred
