This role will serve as a Project Manager on the head office team within the Retail Organization. Your role is to ensure the success of assigned projects and tasks through operational excellence. Holding people accountable to deadlines, budgets, and commitments. Empowered to drive change based on project needs to ensure projects stay on objective and timeline. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Strategic minded with strong executional abilities 2. Outstanding attention to detail 3. Advanced Excel and Smartsheet skills 4. Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint, inclusive of deck building, design, and executive storytelling 5. Cross functional knowledge across both retail back office and stores. 6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and manage diverse relationships internally and externally 7. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business 8. Ability to lead diverse project teams and influence strategically towards a common goal 9. 3-5 years of project management experience managing complex programs with numerous deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders. 10. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once; ability to prioritize and drive focus in complex projects. 11. Experience in cross-functional partner relationship management 12. Experience managing large budgets with multiple stakeholders 13. Strong data organization and reporting ability 14.
