Pharmacy Technician - IRP 2

Position Summary

This position functions to assist the licensed pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to patients and necessary services and information to nursing and medical staff. These services include preparation and packaging of medications; distribution of medications, supplies, and equipment; maintaining proper inventory levels; ensuring medications are in date and secure; and keeping appropriate records and documentation. This position is also responsible for supporting initiatives of area supervisors and managers.

Obtain PTCB or NHA certification and OH Board of Pharmacy Certified Registered Technician status within first 270 days of employment and maintained for continued employment.
