Provides comprehensive administrative and marketing support to assigned executive, directors and department. Handles administrative tasks leveraging knowledge of Marketing department and its processes and understanding of Sentry's business unit operations. Serves as a point of contact for Marketing department general inquiries, provides general Marketing department office management, and collaborates with other corporate administrative team members.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Assists the Marketing team, including scheduling team meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondences.
  • Leads company promotional products program, including vendor management, budget, inventory, and related invoice reconciliation.
  • Responsible for running reports, interfacing with facilities team, and departmental office supply management.
  • Assists with the coordination and logistics of Marketing team events, activities, and meetings.
  • Acts as initial point of contact for internal and external marketing inquiries.
  • Contributes to projects as assigned, providing routine updates on project status.
  • Assists with departmental records and files maintenance and management.
  • Participates in business unit meetings to properly understand and assist on marketing needs.
  • Collaborates with internal Marketing staff to assist in gathering project requirements, defining objectives, and implementing tactics to achieve business unit goals.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What it Takes

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Experience providing executive and/or departmental support experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal and communication technologies (i.e. Workday, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Teams)
  • Ability to maintain stringent timelines and meet deadlines
  • Has strong communication and human relations skills.
  • Demonstrated experience producing written communication in a clear, concise, organized manner for the intended audience.
