- Run the Show - Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Keep the Bar Stocked & Ready - Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Engage & Serve Guests - Create a welcoming atmosphere, provide excellent customer service, and build relationships with guests.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety - Adhere to all Arizona liquor laws and health regulations while maintaining a clean, organized bar.
- Manage Transactions - Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, process payments accurately, and track daily sales.
- Collaborate & Innovate - Work with management to develop seasonal drink specials and exciting promotions.
- Train & Lead - Onboard seasonal staff and support team success when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced & Proactive - Previous bartending or bar management experience preferred.
- Leadership Mindset - Ability to oversee operations and problem-solve independently.
- Customer-Focused - You thrive on creating positive guest experiences and fostering repeat business.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized - Inventory management, compliance, and multitasking are second nature to you.
- Tech-Savvy - Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
What You'll Need (Not Required):
- ServSafe Arizona Food Safety Certification
- Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Training (Responsible Beverage Service Certification)
