Position Overview As a Role-Based Enablement Manager, you will empower our Account Managers across North America and Europe to achieve excellence in their roles, supporting Adobe's corporate priorities. Your focus will be on delivering tailored learning experiences for a global cohort of Account Managers, equipping them with critical skills such as territory and account planning, executive relationship building, and driving expansion efforts.

This role requires a strategic problem solver with excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience, helping Adobe deliver exceptional experiences to our sales teams and valued customers.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Design and deliver enablement programs that support AMs at each stage of the sales process.

  • Develop AMs into experts in our messaging, orchestrating account teams to address customer pain points.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) on the role's needs.

  • Identify training gaps through assessments, call monitoring, and learner feedback to enhance skills.

  • Partner with sales leadership (frontline to VP) to design and validate enablement strategies.

  • Equip AMs with essential knowledge, including engagement rules, value-based selling, product insights, and financial acumen.

  • Create content to drive immediate and long-term behavior changes.

  • Deploy tailored learning experiences with SMEs and ensure meaningful growth through Sales Play Labs, whiteboarding exercises, and skill-building activities.

  • Measure success by correlating behaviors with outcomes, such as self-sourced opportunities, deal size increases, and bookings growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales enablement leadership, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Expertise in designing impactful training programs and strategies.

  • Skilled communicator across all leadership levels, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale enablement teams and programs.

  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives and collaborate across teams.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a direct sales environment and familiarity with sales models.

  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe products.

  • Background in customer and partner collaboration.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $85,600 -- $156,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
