Job Summary
Position Overview:As a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Generative AI with a focus on customers and ISV partners, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing NetApp AI solutions that leverage our cloud portfolio to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with customers, ISV partners, and cross-functional teams, including product management and customer stakeholders, to architect scalable and efficient cloud infrastructures that support advanced AI applications.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural Design:
- Design and develop NetApp cloud-based architectures for deploying and scaling Generative AI models.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Gen AI utilizing NetApp cloud offerings during pre-sales engagements.
- Support the technical sales cycle including technical qualification, product and solution briefings, and proof-of-concept/demos
2. ISV Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with ISV partners to understand their requirements and co-develop NetApp AI solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ISV partners during the integration and deployment phases.
3. Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in cloud computing and Generative AI technologies.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with customer stakeholders and ISV partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Present, position and demonstrate NetApp technologies, solutions and services to prospective customers, articulating clear business value and strategic alignment to business objectives
Education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, such as GPT, GANs, VAEs, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 284,495 - 368,170 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
