Residency Program Leadership - Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment. Teaching & Faculty Development - Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents. Resident Recruitment & Evaluation - Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback.
