Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all resident experience activities within the assigned system to ensure the highest levels of client and resident satisfaction across all levels of care. This role involves monitoring resident satisfaction initiatives, maintaining strong employee relations, supporting account retention, achieving financial goals, and contributing to future business growth.

Managing multiple accounts across California, this individual will cultivate client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Key responsibilities include enhancing hospitality standards, supporting marketing programs, and improving the overall visual presentation of restaurant dining spaces to create an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with on-site management team to reach operational goals relating to marketing events, visual professional presentation and the overall hospitality experience.
  • Maintains and supports client and resident satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
  • Administers required client and resident surveys and responds in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assists in developing, customizing, and/or monitoring a resident satisfaction action plan to meet each account's needs.
  • Participates on monthly or weekly conference calls with fellow Resident Experience Managers and operations management to communicate resident experience updates, current trends, and identify opportunities to reward and recognize.
  • Responsible for preparation and implementation of specific development and training relating to exceptional hospitality and customer service
  • Compose resident satisfaction reports and presentations as needed to management.
  • Implement forms, data, and ensure standardization for departmental resident satisfaction operations success.
  • Enhance the overall presentation and visual style of small wares, merchandising, catering, menus and dining rooms.
  • Collaborate and train with onsite management teams to create and execute professional menus and signage
  • Collaborate with on-site management team to develop and manage the full lifecycle of resident experience marketing campaigns.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed for the operation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant management experience preferably in food service and/or senior living
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Displays general business acumen
  • High customer service and quality attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task essential
  • Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Expert experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
