DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will oversee staff processing Ignition Interlock Limited License (IILL) petitions and requests for restoration of driving privileges. You will review driving records, process or deny petitions, and maintain work logs. This role requires attention to detail and effective leadership to ensure work maintains an accuracy rate of at least 98% (2% maximum error rate) while prioritizing assignments. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- This position requires the selected candidate to undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.
