Position Details University of Colorado | Denver Official Title: Academic Services Program Manager Working Title: Recruitment Program Manager FTE: Full-time Salary Range: $67,200 - $70,000 Position #00750131- Requisition #36514 Join the University of Colorado Denver About the University of Colorado - Denver Job Description * Applications are accepted electronically ONLY at www.cu.edu/cu-careers * The Recruitment Program Manager is a full-time position in the School of Public Affairs that works under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Student Success & Strategic Initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to the School of Public Affairs programs. The position engages with various stakeholders, including government agencies, nonprofit organizations, other schools, faculty, staff, and university offices, to build awareness and drive enrollment. This is a comprehensive recruitment role where the selected individual will have the opportunity to customize enrollment strategies for continuing education, non-degree, and degree programs; however, the primary focus of the role is to increase enrollment in graduate and post-graduate level programs wherein most applicants are working professionals. Compensation and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $67,200 - $70,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
