Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem As a per diem, nonexemptCPS Solutions LLCPharmacy Technicianat Mesilla Valley Hospital, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications, and procuring drugs. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will work 4-8 hours per week every other weekend and as needed during the weekdays. Starting Pay Range: $18-$22/hour based on recent experience. About the Facility: Mesilla Valley Hospital is a 115-bed psychiatric facility that overlooks the city of Las Cruces. The grounds around the hospital are attractively landscaped for general outdoor activities and the facility includes special areas for patient activities: a multipurpose room, gymnasiums, ropes courses, outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, computer lab, classrooms, and activity therapy rooms. The hospital provides services to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Clinical services include an Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and an Opioid Detox Buprenorphine Program. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm and weekends from 8:00am-12:00noon. This centralized pharmacy utilizes HCS as their pharmacy software program.
