Job Description

This position is responsible for aiding in or leading the development and implementation of moderate to complex consulting projects. Represents the business area in strategic planning activities and provides recommendations based on best practice benchmarking, data analysis and forecasting. Consults with clients to identify future needs or changes to large scale or complex end-to-end processes. Key Responsibilities

* Analyzes and forecasts volumes, trends and resources within business unit.

* Applies an advanced knowledge of programs, policies, and procedures in a business area or technical field gained through experience and training; uses that knowledge to lead implementation of change beyond day to day run the business changes and into contributing to strategic decisions affect the outcome of the projects.

* Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements.

* Develops in depth ideas and materials; ensures understanding of technical matters by non-technical executive decision makers.

* Resolves problems by being connect to Technology or other business areas to look for solutions where precedent may not exist using Industry knowledge.

* Uses experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information.

* Contributes to functional strategy by identifying and recommending the best solutions for clients/stakeholders.

* Initiates and supports business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services.

* Takes on complex projects or assignments without supervision; seeks others involvement as needed Ensures successful completion of projects.

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
