Law School Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for the academic administration of the Juris Doctor program at the School of Law, including activities related to student registration, student records, progress toward degree, course scheduling, exam administration, bar certification, and commencement. Primary duties include the following: * Manage daily operation of Law School administrative services office, student records, and the student information system via myZou/PeopleSoft. Shift
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with some flexibility as approved by supervisor Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Excellent customer service and people skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, strict adherence to confidentiality, knowledge of student information systems, experience with graduate level students Anticipated Hiring Range
