Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Location(s): Dallas, TX (Remote)

Job Description:


  • This role will be focused on designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards within the UKG platform (Recruiting, Onboarding, Pro) and utilizing their data structures and reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present data to support strategic decision-making and workforce management, often collaborating outside the Talent team with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. This role is critical for the business as it will allow management and users the insight and knowledge required to make effective decisions with concise data relevant to business operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the UKG Pro Workforce Management Project by creating identified reports.
  • Collaborate with Talent and HR to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Advise project team on risks, efficiencies, and perform design, testing, and training as needed.
  • Drive end-to-end analytical process, from the formulation of requirements, data acquisition, analysis, validation, and summarization of relevant results.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Expert UKG & Excel knowledge.
  • Experience with UKG BI (Cognos).
  • Experience writing SQL.
  • Strong background in HR/Payroll data and reporting / analytics experience.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
  • Experienced in statistical analysis.
  • Ability to solve complex problems creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Work with minimal supervision, function in dynamic work environment, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Comments for Suppliers: Must have experience with UKG and UKG BI (Cognos) reporting.
