General Summary of Position Performs copying, filing, receptionist and other duties to support work production in various departments as assigned. Assists staff by performing non-patient care related functions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations. Performs clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. Assists health care professionals as assigned. Sorts and files documents according to established file system. Copies memos, reports, records, manuals and other general correspondence as assigned. Accurately records phone messages and refers calls to appropriate individuals. Performs front desk duties as assigned. Maintains confidentiality of all records. Maintains inventory/orders supplies for department as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education Current High School Student required or College Student. required This position has a hiring range of $17.5 - $28.73
